From Alison Neuman - Artistic Director’s Message
Since 2010, I have been a part of the CRIPSiE community. For nine years as an artist and dancer, 11 years as an artistic associate and choreographer, one year as a co-artistic producer, and now as an artistic director.
The transition from artist to choreographer to arts administrator to artistic director has let me leverage my passion for the arts, learn administration and explore how to build seasons that expand access and opportunities, while advocating for our artists.
My artistic vision is to build activities spanning dance and performance, creation and collaboration, writing and music, from in-person to virtual, expanding access and strengthening relationships with existing and new facilitators, artists, partners, and organizations locally and beyond.
